J. Patrick Walsh
J. Patrick Walsh is Senior Underwriting
Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company and Ticor Title Insurance Company in
Boston. His duties consist primarily of underwriting commercial and residential
title policies through Chicago Title's and Ticor's agency networks.
Mr. Walsh received his A.B. degree from Boston
College and his J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law. He
is a frequent lecturer on title insurance and real estate title issues. Mr.
Walsh is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts
Conveyancers Association, where he serves on the Title Standards Committee and
the National Affairs and Title Insurance Committee.
