Dave Buczkowski

Dave came to Chicago Title in 1996 as Underwriting Counsel. His duties include direct underwriting of large commercial and industrial title matters. Dave also fields title questions from Chicago and Ticor agents.

Prior to Chicago Title, Dave was in private practice for 14 years where he specialized in conveyancing, foreclosure and bankruptcy law. Dave’s practice also encompassed insurance defense law, fidelity & and surety law and construction law. Prior to that, he was Senior Bond Claims Attorney at Commercial Union Insurance Company.

Dave received a BA in political science from the University of Connecticut and a JD from New England School of Law.
